1 /5 New World Hodor: Im a car dealership agent, and one of my customers is serviced by Brandon L Jones. What a NIGHTMARE. We dont believe the business is even open any longer. Impossible to reach someone there. Nationwide has a contract with the agency whereby they themselves cannot service the policy-- only Brandon Jones can. As a result, my customer has struggled for the past 2hrs to get service on his policy for a simple transaction. Meanwhile, Nationwide and Brandon Jones continue to receive his monthly payments while providing zero service. This is the worst case of insurance brokerage negligence I have ever encountered in my six years of car sales.
