They were highly professional, made the entire process smooth, easy and stress free as possible. Phils assistant Shantel was a pleasure to work with. She is helpful, very knowledgable, takes the time to explain things clearly, and kept us informed by following through with phone calls or emails regarding the next steps we had to take throughout the process of the sale. That was incredibly helpful for us as first time house sellers. I would recommend Phil and his team to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. They are the best in the Morris Park neighborhood.
