5 /5 Tully Gold: Although there is 1 teller and often 2, Im getting served relatively fast than other Banks out there. Nice friendly staff.

3 /5 Wyatt Tual: All the other bank branches are open till at least 5 o’clock. I can never get to this one on time because it closes at four and I don’t understand why. Why is it that every other branch is open Until 5 PM if not later. I use this branch when I’m coming through the area and I can never get it while it’s open so then I have to go all the way to Middletown. It’s absolutely absurd that a bank branch Closes at 4 o’clock when most people do not get out of work until 4 o’clock. They obviously do not care about their members, and M&T BANK has been notorious for not caring about its customers. I think it’s time we all switched to a credit union where they have much longer hours and it’s much easier to get a loan and they actually care about their customers. Many people have left this bank branch in this bank. To go to credit unions, they just treat you so much better.

5 /5 Wagon Wheel Farm: The staff at this branch has a long history of welcoming personal interaction with customers. We do all of our business banking with this branch and Michael, Jon-Luc, George, and the rest of the team are all fantastic. They follow up and are so thorough. When we needed help financially to bridge a short term gap in our cash flow, George the branch manager was there and pulled off a line of credit in less than 48 hours. We will highly recommend this branch to anyone that asks! Our only concern is that we feel as though M&T corporate is not supporting this branch enough with hours or staff as the hours have been significantly reduced over the past year with no sign of return. This branch is walking distance from the County Government Center and could and should be a very key location for M&T.
