carl Miltimore We paid for insurance and we’re dropped with little notice due to Risks. Well let me see I pay to have insurance to cover the company for the risk that they stated the cancelled our insurance over. We have had no claims, no incidents and during renewal they dropped us due to Risks they said. I never had claims on our insurance but this company made a nice amount of money off us. They never spoke directly to us just to our agent very unprofessional. Why do you pay for any insurance because there is risk you may get in a wreck, you may get sick, you may need lots of different kinds of insurances due to risks. So, basically they let me go for the same reason they should have been covering me for. Unprofessional and I will go to ur to let others know. Do not use them!!!! Thank you

Saltzman Mike (Magitek) Context: Policy lapsed due to mistaken non-payment. The account was linked to a bank account which was compromised and closed and i forgot to update payment and missed the letter letting me know. Thats my fault... ...But being told straight out by Tom, our agent of 7+ years, that "i cant help you, go find a new agent" as his reply when I asked how to fix this... strikes me as just awful form. Told my new agent about this situation, and he said: "Why wouldnt he have called you to let you know there were payment problems...? or just helped you get payment straightened out when you brought it up?" Good questions, I wondered the same thing. 3 Star because as awful as I think the relationship ended, the 7 years we worked with Tom were fine.
