During the process the staff was more than helpful with our questions. Amanda was one that I talked to frequently. She always had a smile in her voice and was very patient when I needed explanations. It was very easy to work with them, they came to Norwich to meet with us and then we were able to do most of the paperwork by mail which saved us a lot of driving. They sued me, for unethical reasons, almost 10 years ago, and obtained a judgment against me. Despite the fact that I paid the judgment in full, the law firm never filed the papers to prove I paid the judgment. I have suffered the consequences ever since.
