Cassidy Call Waiting several months and counting to close on a house. Quick easy deal, skipped all inspections to make things go quicker. Allowed their client to put their house on the market without a title. Refuses to answer anything you ask and try to discuss until 5 minutes before leaving the office on a Friday. Incompetent and idiotic on any information and thinks that he knows every little bit of information. Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money and patience dealing with them. Going to back out of a deal because they cant do any paperwork in a timely manner.

He was extremely kind everytime we spoke and he didnt treat me like I was below him, or like I was uneducated. Everytime I called he called back as soon as he could- which was always faster then expected. He even gives you his cell number, not just an office voicemail. All in all Mr. Raspante did a wonderful job.
