5 /5 KELLY JONES: After my 7-year-old daughter was injured at a local business, I turned to Ed for advice. I knew cases involving children wasn’t typically his focus, but I trusted him to guide me in the right direction or recommend someone who could help. As soon as Ed heard what happened, not only did he give me the guidance and support I needed, but he was eager to step up and take on the case himself. He was genuinely concerned about my daughter’s well-being and felt strongly that what happened to her was wrong and he wanted to see it though himself. He took the time to really listen to me and review all the evidence so he could really understand exactly what happened and build the best case for us. The insurance company he was dealing with put up quite the fight, (like they always do I’m sure) but he wouldn’t back down until we both felt the compensation they were offering was fair to my daughter. It is unfortunate that she experienced this trauma due to the negligence of a business owner, but it makes me feel better knowing the settlement we reached will help her in the future. I honestly don’t think another lawyer would have taken the time to do all the back and forth needed to make that happen-all for a little kid!!!! But Ed has three kids of his own, and I think he fought for mine the way he would have for his own!! I feel blessed that I had him in my corner! Thank you, Ed! I hope I never have to go though something like this again, but if I ever do, I know exactly where to turn.
