A special thanks to Mrs.Murphy aka Melissa , she did a wonderful job since my injury checking in on me making sure i was receiving the proper doctor care while she took care of things on the court side I felt more like a family member rather a stranger turned client ! The idea of pursing a case can be difficult let alone ensuring you have the right legal team behind you can prove daunting. Finding myself in a similar situation I conducted multiple intake consultations with other firms but did not feel as assured as when I spoke with the Catalano team. Due to my event occurring in the evening hours of a Friday I reached out presuming not to hear from anyone until Monday. I was reassured by the immediate 24/7 support and compassion from the intake rep. While recounting difficult details I felt heard and respected. Details were compiled and I soon met with Dominic whose candor and attention to detail would prove to make this ordeal painless beyond what I was already enduring. Dominic’s honesty and advisement are invaluable. I initially informed him I was undecided and would need to weigh my options. Dominic was patient and wished me luck with my decision. Of all the law firms I spoke with, Dominic was the only one to warn me of puffery. It was not long after this I conclusively knew Catalano Law had my best interest at heart and would provide the best representation. As the case moved forward I met with their investigators, spoke with my attorney, Dominic, and discussed our strategy. At no point did I feel decisions were being made for me, rather with me. The team was incredibly approachable and there were no “dumb questions” as at no point did I feel spoken down to. The firm was respectful of my wishes and input regarding the evidence and how I sought to proceed. Whenever a road lock appeared, Dominic was quick to keep me updated and aware of what our options were. Throughout my cases entirety, I felt I was apart of the whole process. While I wish I met the members of the Catalano team under better circumstances, I am beyond thankful I was able to work with them. TLDR: For anyone with a personal injury case who may be on the fence of how to move forward, this firm is here to help you. Even though my case was based in Troy, NY communication was clear and consistent. It’s easy to throw high numbers out when discussing potential settlements.
