1 /5 Gregory Bisha: I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with this lawyer. She was forced upon my family and I while closing with real estate. The level of incompetence to timeliness was unfathomable. I have never in my life been treated with such complete and utter disregard. The paralegal demanded documents(that day), never giving me notice, while expecting me to twist limbs as My wife and I were at work. Virginia never once answered me by phone. The lack of understanding and knowledge of the law and it’s process, in regards to real estate, is pathetic at its best, otherwise I would never type this out.
3 /5 Joel Cummings: Used (Randy Marcus) as our attorney for selling residential real estate. Overall, the transaction got done. Communication was difficult at times. I typically had to call numerous times to find out what was going on with the closing. Response time was good once I called. I found it difficult to get them to tell me the details of the process so I could understand what it was they were going to do for the closing. Some miscommunication between what they thought should be communicated to me by them and what they thought my agent should communicate to me. Overall, if they had communicated to me (the customer) the NYS process, I would have been more pleased with the result.

Stephen Talanian Kristin Galison is fantastic. I contacted her regarding a ticket that is for failing to stop at a stop sign. She got it reduced from 3-points to no points! Still had to pay a fine and fee, but she handled everything from start to finish. I was hands-off once I sent her the ticket. She followed up with me and kept me updated.
