When I walked in six months ago I wasn’t expecting to get my watch so quickly. I was surprised by how well I was treated as a 19-year-old with a disability. The people there could not have been nicer and while we checked out the beautiful jewelry the owner even adjusted the clasp in my wife’s bracelet for us without any charge. This is a class act and I am grateful to him.

5 /5 Katie Lloyd: Last week, a sentimental ring I wear daily inexplicably became stuck on my finger, causing swelling and requiring removal. I first tried another jeweller in town, but found them to be rude and short tempered, and they told me to “just go to the hospital”. The moment I entered London Jewelers, the staff was sympathetic to my situation and understood how upset I was to have the ring cut off. Andy carefully and patiently cut off my somewhat complicated Cartier Trinity ring, and believed it would even be able to be repaired.
