5 /5 Evan Heck: The service I received from Jennifer Ackerman at liberty tax was exceptional. She was fast, very personable and had a great sense of humor. Usually doing taxes is a task we all avoid for as long as possible but she made the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend seeing her next season for your tax needs!

5 /5 Felicia Ackerman: Jennifer has done my taxes for the past couple years and also this year she prepared my parents taxes for them which they reside in Florida during the winter. My mom had issues getting her social security 1099 form and we were getting nervous that she wouldn’t get it in time. We contacted Jennifer and she was very helpful as mom had a meeting with social security and had to cancel due to being in the hospital. She said she could put in a request for an extension. Mom finally got the form she needed after getting out of the hospital. Jen made it super easy we were able to send picture copies of their forms to her and she did their taxes for them while they were in Florida and they were able to receive all the information on their phones and able to sign their taxes on the phone without being there in person. It took so much stress off from my mom. Highly recommend Jennifer and her team!

5 /5 Dawn Mcdonald: Jennifer Ackerman was a very helpful and polite tax preparer. Im not real good with phones and cameras and she helped me with everything. We also enjoyed some country music. We were singing together . Was a very comfortable atmosphere and enjoyable company while I waited. Thank you and God bless.
