He fought hard for me and was very attentive to all my questions no matter what time of day or night he always picked up the phone. He also worked with me with a payment plan he is a VERY honest and fair man and I recommend him to everybody!

1 /5 F. T. G.: This is for Fran Ric (thanks for calling me out) .... the truth speaks loud and clear! Leo is living proof that reviews are not always real. He is friendly that is true and does return calls, that said from day one I was given the wrong legal information. One example is he told me that I did not need him to represent me at the dmv because the police never show up...guess who showed up! When I lost the DMV portion of the case a neighbor of mine was also their for the same reason, his attorney said that leo lives in Massachusetts and that could be a reason he did not want to travel to Manhattan. Because he was represented by his lawyer he did not lose his license. when I meet Leo and tell him he started to apologize saying that never happened before, but I wouldnt have won anyway?? Once again I go over my defense with him and ask him if he requested the paperwork from the DA office, Nothing yet! ( this is approximately 10 days after our first meeting) and nothing is all he did, mean while i paid him in full in cash...not knowing that Leo should have draw a attorney/client contract ( as proof of service)..and as far as I could see their was no secretary or paralegal in his office the four times I was there. ( a one man show) He is a joke in the courtroom...in one instance he forgot I had a court date, the judge was providing me with a attorney from the legal aid society, when I asked the other attorneys if they saw leo, they looked at each other and laughed. Well he did make it into the courtroom that day...two hours later but not to represent me. I even watched the judge tell him that his case was the oldest in the system and needed to be over! At that point I realized he had no plans to defend me....just take whatever the court offered. FOR INSTANCE, HE ENTERTAINED THE IDEA OF ME WEARING A ANKLET..FOR 3 MONTHS. HE NEW THAT I HAVE A PERFECT DRIVING RECORD. THE NEW LAWYER WAS ABLE TO SHOW THE COURT MY DEFENSE AND I paid a $300. fine ...life went back to normal...switching lawyers saved me thousands and a criminal record LAST I LEFT OF WITH LEO HE WAS DRIVING TO HIS SONS WEDDING AND HE WOULD FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH HE WOULD REFUND ME. Here is a update when I took the issue to small claims court, he didnt show up

I had a DWI case which was my second offense and I really thought this was it I’m done, there’s no paddle for this sinking boat I’m in. However that was before I met attorney Leo Duval. Do to his immense experience with the courts and the local judges in my area, he was able to get me a favorable resolution. Which was really border line miraculous. Leo is really an invaluable lawyer and without him none of this would of been made possible.

We FIRST hired Mr. Duval as a defense attorney for my husband, from the moment we spoke with him we felt confident we were in good hands. He was informative, professional, aggressive, knowledgeable and completely put our minds at ease. A few months later we hired him AGAIN for a personal injury case.
