Even the amenities are first-rate. They are located in a central location near Greece Ridge Mall on the corner of a busy street and a quiet street so when you leave, you just exit on the quiet one.
You park in an actual driveway, and with less than 20 steps you are through a front door that leads to a very nice office on the main floor. If you have to wait, you don’t feel isolated in a big empty room hoping they remember that youre in there.
Gregg (last name) is an amazing attorney. Many times I would refer to steps in the real estate transaction as "the thingy" and he took the time to explain to me what was going on and the proper terminology for what I was describing. There was no pressure and Gregg is very patient, organized and professional.
I basically just let go and trusted in his knowledge and am very glad that I did. Buying a house/home is a very emotional process and you invariably find yourself second-guessing yourself as to whether or not it’s the right house. So Im very grateful there are many steps in the legal process for an out in case I didnt want to proceed. (BTW: Make sure you get a home inspection. It should cost less than $400 and provides you with all of your bargaining chips for obtaining seller concessions.)
Im very indecisive, impulsive, and pessimistic, but I ended up being more than satisfied. Im so grateful that Redmond Legal is around and is helpful. I dont know what else to say other than just go there and you wont regret it.
