Kerry Carhart I have had nothing but good experiences working with this financial institution. They have always been pleasant, helpful and informative. There are never lines or wait times when making transactions. The lending department is particularly quick & efficient. I can’t think of a reason why they would t get 5 stars.

Cole Ellison I have not had to deal with the place of business personally; however one of my close friends does associate with this place of business and they are having a less than satisfactory time. Code enforcement condemned their apartment; The company has been notified of these issues prior to the condemnation of the apartment. They have not provided temporary housing or housing assistance. They have not communicated their concerns well enough either. The way they are handling this situation, has been best described as unprofessional.

Gary Langton Despite a rocky start with MHVFCU where my customer service experience was less than stellar, Theresa Higgins took charge of the customer service issue to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent! Stephanie Langer Found Michael Rugers YouTube and blog post regarding inherited IRAs. He gave a more clear and understanding explanation of the 10-year Rule and Designated Eligible Beneficiaries. His posts are more current than any others I found. Michael also responded to my inquiry within 24 hours; which surprised me since I was expecting a later response since I sent my message so close to April 15, assuming he would be busy assisting his paying clients in preparation of tax day and with questions regarding the current bouncing of the stock markets.
