5 /5 Joe Gibbons: Kim has been amazing throughput my process of enforcement. Kim always returns my messages and phone calls on a timely basis. She is attentive and extremely professional. Most importantly I’ve felt like a friend or family to Kim and not just a client. She doesn’t just take care of my enforcement in NY Kim has gone out of her way to communicate with a lawyer in another state to insure my proper defense because my ex lives in another state with my children. 1 /5 Jim Burns: Kimberly does not follow up on emails. She does not respond to phone calls. She is absolutely hopeless in front of the judge, but worst of all, she failed to forward demands and motions filled by the opposing attorney. Her failure has cost me over $20,000 in child support and Im still learning of things that werent responded to and are now being used against me. If you want to hear how wonderful you are and how much she likes you, Kimberly is the one you want. If youre like your case to proceed with honesty and integrity, hire anyone else.

1 /5 Meghan Morgan: When I first talked with Kimberly Allen, I informed her that I specifically was looking for an attorney that was going to communicate with me. My attorney at the time didnt respond to me at all and things were not going well. She assured me that communication would be great. It was okay for a while but then it started to get sporadic. She wouldnt return phone calls that I left on voice-mail and with her receptionist. The emails got patchy and she started only responding to parts of my emails. She ignored anything that asked for a bill. In over the year since I have retained her, I have not received a single bill to show where any of my money has gone. She asked for more money if we went to trial. We did not go to trial and she insisted that I had in fact spent all of my retainer plus the money my ex was ordered to pay her but I still havent seen a bill. She told me I would have it by June 30th. Its now mid August. The kicker for me though is that I was divorced for 2 months before I found out. She never sent me my divorce papers and when I asked her she said that they were "too important to email" so she had sent them in the mail. Except informed delivery through the usps shows that no mail was ever sent from Kimberly Allen to the home I was residing in at the time. She lied to my face about having sent the papers out. I still have not received my divorce papers or a bill. Itd be nice to get a call back.

5 /5 Travis Sefzik: Kimberly Allen is a wonderful attorney who I retained for my divorce after my first attorney nearly left me with negligible custody of my son and indefinitely paying my ex-wife of 4-years an alimony. In addition to getting nearly 50% custody and not having to pay an alimony, Kimberly won several motions against me for court fees to my ex – $30k, $60k, and then $90k … of these, after leaving my first attorney and retaining Ms. Allen, I only had to pay $2,500 of the requested $180k. I am continuing to work with Kimberly to resolve violations of my divorce agreement and recommend her use vs. a large firm (and not being listened to or cared for like I was with my first attorney). Kimberly is clear, concise, and responsive – she works effectively and efficiently to ensure proper use of her fees.
