She explained everything to me in detail and worked hard to find the best possible deal for both my car and renters insurance. The rates and coverage she offered were excellent. On top of that, she even gave me some small but thoughtful GEICO souvenirs. All of that truly made me feel like a valued customer! Top-notch service from start to finish! She has very good credit and you gave no reason for the denial not did she receive a Denial Letter in the mail. Any explanations or assistance would be appreciated.
