Catgy Worse car insurance I’ve EVER had!!!! NEVER calls back/communicates when you have a claim. VERY CHEAP when it comes to your repairs !! Took them months to adjust my claim and still got it wrong! I’d never get this insurance again !!! Update!! Instead of helping the customer they’ve decided to investigate my claim because I’ve left a negative review! That’s the quickest they’ve worked my entire claim Is when it’s beneficial to them !

Everyone can agree that insurance is the evil no one wants or asks for....but everyone in this office really does care about their clients. I never felt like a number. I felt seen and heard and most importantly, they were able to lower my rate while offering me better coverage. Kyle really took the time to not hear my situation, but really put in the effort to take care of me. They worked around my schedule to ensure that switching insurance providers was easy and painless.
