Jon Kibbe I worked closely with Kirill Muchnik to resolve complicated issues about a Supplemental Needs Trust (which had been designed to help to a person already receiving government assistance). I am an experienced lawyer acting as trustee under the Trust and I knew this was a complicated area. I was referred to Muchnik Elder Law by a top trust and estate attorney who was not an expert in elder law and but recognized that I needed specialized advice, especially about the rules and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid eligibility.
