Daniel OMalley We recently had a criminal matter in the family which we were dealing with. I consulted with a few defense attorneys, and ended up going with Jon Ripps. Best choice I ever made! One of the first conservations I had with Mr. Ripps he told me confidently “ you can pick any defense attorney you want, but I’ll give you the best chance of having this case reduced or even dismissed”. I was skeptical at first, but his confidence and knowledge of the law won me over. Jon responded quickly to any questions we had, and was always available whether it was an email or phone call. Jon’’s knowledge of the law is immense. He completely overwhelmed the prosecution and got our case a full dismissal! I can’t recommend Mr. Ripps enough. Josh Weaver I received an automatic felony DWI upon refusing a breathalyzer as I had received a previous DWI within the last 10 years. Andrew and Derek told me they were confident taking this case to trial. We didn’t even get that far. These amazing gentlemen were able to negotiate down to a DWAI which is only a violation, not even a crime. They were prompt and responsive. They answered any and all questions I had and they were probably the best attorneys I have had the pleasure of working with. Richard DiNapoli Very disappointed!! Had court today on April 15th 2025, and was sent a letter for me to call her, and I receive no response or nothing, and then after court my daughters mother, her attorney Tim Burke, were all laughing talking crap not knowing I was listening to the whole convo. I am finding a way to do something about this legally. All this talk should have been done in the court room not outside of it. Her, and the rest of the staff don’t do crap for the kids, and have no care, and then lied, and said she spoke to my child when she didn’t at all. Pathetic!!
