Recently my husbands sister passed away and unfortunately during her illness, several invoices became past due including her home and auto insurance. Liberty Mutual sent a very terse letter, even though they knew she passed, that they were cancelling with no interest in renewal. We called Larry R. at Accent who immediately jumped on our very serious problem and within 1 week all was resolved for just as good of coverage at a less expensive premium. I highly recommend them. Dependable, trustworthy & great business.
