1 /5 TAMIE SIMPSON: I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone. I want to put in a grievance. When you call you on hold for along time. They have attitudes like you bothering them. They don’t never get back to you you have to call them about your case. When you call it’s never the same person. They are very unprofessional. My settlement was settle since February of this year check send out to old address. I never received a call or anything. When I call this month I told to call back. Call back and was ask didn’t you get a check? I said no what check? I said no one reached out to me to tell me. I said I was told when the check comes I would be told. The insurance send it to my old address. And I was told why I didn’t tell them. When I was told not to reach out to the insurance company let the firm handle it?To top it off they got their fee though Klee wolf firm was paid.The firm made sure they was paid and on top of that, the firm took more then they was suppose to for their fee. Now I’m supposed to wait on a check from the firm cause they took the wrong amount and they have upset Now they giving me the run around about the portion they owe me. Poor work ethics and unprofessional and discriminatory. This whole firm is unprofessional all the staff.

I cannot emphasize how much they have helped me through the years when I became disabled some time ago. With all the ups and downs, the stress and the pain, I always found them there for me. It brought much comfort knowing I had a team I could count on. They went out of their way to go above and beyond to assist me and help me with everything and anything. The team here are good genuine, focused individuals. This practice legitimately cares about your well being and they work hard for YOU. Davin Goldman is a partner here, I was fortunate to have him representing me. He is an incredible lawyer who is an expert in his field, he is very smart. He’s always been honest and caring, I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer. Maria is a paralegal at the firm who has been an angel to me, always there to help me or get involved with any issues I may have, even many years after..she is one of a kind and I appreciate her so much. Elias is an asset to the firm so polite, articulate and he has stepped in to assist me many times to sort out paperwork, get authorizations and has acted as a liaison to my lawyer..anything to help. Kristen a Supervisor in SSD is a Gem, and beyond amazing! I cannot tell you how much time and effort she put into my case…she is highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and caring. Another angel who has gone above and beyond to get the job done. I highly recommend this group as they have walked me through some of the darkest times and lead me to light. I value them and will always be appreciative. A++++++++++
