1 /5 joshua worthington: Describing Kim wells as unethical would be an extremely vast understatement. She should not be allowed to work with children. She is a very bad person. I never missed a cs payment always did my visitations unconditionally loved and dedicated myself to my children. The moment she entered mine and my children’s life she destroyed it. Very bad human being. Beware!!!

5 /5 Bianka Nolan: Kim has been a wonderful asset for my children. They feel safe and comfortable communicating with her. Kim was always accommodating and available whenever they felt the need to speak to someone. As their law guardian, she listened intently and made a great effort towards giving the children their desired outcome. I highly recommend her for any legal matters you may find yourself dealing with.

2 /5 Fiona Scales: My fiance and I had a consultation with Ms. Wells in November 2023 regarding child support and custody of his daughter. Ms. Wells was somewhat helpful (we knew absolutely nothing about the legal system) but we found that she struggled to bring things down to our level of understanding. To her credit, she did not charge us for the consultation. After the consultation, my fiance called multiple times in hopes of retaining her. He left a message on the machine, left a message with her receptionist, and the last time he called, the number didnt work. As of a month later, December 2023, she has not responded to either message. We have secured another lawyer. This obviously has caused us a lot of stress. If Ms. Wells didnt want to take us as clients, she should have had the decency to inform us of that, rather than just ghosting us.

1 /5 Danielle Keays: In September of 2023, my brother and I had a consultation with Ms.Wells about my fathers estate. Three weeks later I got a call to come sign some documents. I went that same day. I left messages weekly with her receptionist asking for an update. No one ever returned my call, receptionist included. Finally on December 20, to my surprise her receptionist answered the phone. That is when I told her I wanted to get my things and take them to another attorney. Her receptionist responded with “she’s the only one who handles estates they take her a while”. She shouldn’t be taking on more clients than she can handle. When all of my papers came in the mail, there was no bill. She was not able to provide a bill for her services. Because she did NOTHING the entire time, she was handling the estate. A collection agency for my fathers estate had even left 6 messages, the receptionist never answered those calls either. Do not waste your time. Find someone who’s willing to handle your case, and not see you as a dollar sign

Kim is not only professional but personable when taking my concerns regarding my Will into consideration. She asks the all right questions and gets me thinking about situations that I would have never thought about. Her team drafts the documents in a timely manner and gives me a feeling that I am well taken care of. You are certainly in good hands with Kim, I highly recommend her services.
