Due to the fact that mental disabilities are the most difficult to prove, the vast majority of those who tend to apply for Social Security Disability benefits with this reasoning are met with a denial. In light of my daily struggles to maintain a normal life with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, I had fought for 2+ years in hopes to obtain New York State SSDI benefits before I was finally referred to Kristen.
