Sana I cannot say enough good things about Mr Nichols. He is super nice and very approachable, unlike many other attorneys. He and his team helped me so much in my case. When I had my N400 and I751 appointments, the officer told me my case was already approved and she told me she doesn’t need to see any additional evidence! Mr Nichols and his team had submitted such an extensive application packet to them that nothing more was needed. So happy!

Pike Was in a terrible situation with my drug addicted ex having legal custody of my son. Kimberly was able to back her into a corner and get her to voluntarily sign over physical custody to me when CPS and the courts were somehow on my exs side. This eventually lead to me and my new wife having full legal custody. Cant recommend her enough.

Therefore, his review is NOT accurate. Susan is extremely knowledgeable of the law and will take the time to speak with you to understand your situation and examine your case from every angle. When my child support case went to trial, Susans questioning laid the groundwork to expose the other sides inconsistent arguments and I won all aspects of my case.
