A simple phone call to inquire on how to possibly proceed with disability claims & Mr. McKeown was appallingly rude & callous in his behavior & responses & had the audacity to actually tell my mother in law, and I quote: you are too old, I cant help you! What an awful thing to say to someone who is sick & struggling to find herself some help. There is a right way & a wrong way to refuse services to someone, THAT was the wrong way. I would not recommend this firm & I will be sure to share our story with everyone I can in hopes that they will not go through the same treatment.
