1 /5 Kayla Liberty: Always rude and they told me its a law that you have to sign your check in front of them. Neither the bank i tired or even the Taxation department had ever heard of that law before. Make up their own laws here I guess.

5 /5 Susan ONeil: We exchanged some Canadian bills and coins earlier today. Sharon assisted us. She was friendly, cooperative and helpful! She took all of our bills and coins at 70% exchange rate-no fees. We highly recommend this company and Sharon. Banks charge extra fees in addition to the exchange rate. The mall doors are very handicapped accessible and it’s a short walk to the counter!

1 /5 Paul Deyo: I have come here several times in recent months and been told they were closed. Hours taped to the window say 11-5 and I showed up at 430 to find they were closed. I wish someone else in Plattsburgh would do currency exchanges as well.

1 /5 Jared Hogle: Rude. They do not follow there own store hours, which are posted here on their own Google business page. To add, they closed early today.
