Nanette Whinnery Insurance these days is crazy but you need to keep your head that its NOT the agents fault. Jeff and I go back a bit because Ive always played the lower rate game. Hes easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didnt know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.

She is an extremely kind person who cares about her clients and is truly trying to help seniors navigate the extremely complicated Medicare system. I was so very grateful to her for her patience and kindness and she answered all questions I had, and helped clarify things for me.
