In several meetings, Megan assisted us in drawing up Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies that comported with our wishes and our financial and family situations. Megan offered suggestions along the way, always emphasizing the final decisions were ours to make. As a retired attorney (but not an Elder Attorney), I found Megan exceptionally well versed in the relevant laws, including potential pitfalls.
