Jennifer Truong Rajiv Syed is an incredible attorney. My case had been stuck in court for almost three years with another lawyer who got nothing done. The tenants had not paid rent and had overstayed their lease by many years, and nothing was moving forward. As soon as we hired Rajiv, everything changed. In just a month and a half he made real progress and helped us finally move forward with the eviction. He is smart, aggressive when needed, and always on top of things. I am beyond grateful for his work and recommend him to every landlord I know. Gargi Vyas Mike is the best attorney! His office was very helpful in getting me through all my cases. I recommend calling them if you ever have a work injury! They took on all the past cases I had and helped me settle them. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they were great at staying on top of me and making sure I get everything that I need. They always answered all my questions and were patient and kind. I’m so glad I called them.

Justine Cheng I called this firm b/c I had an attorney that wasnt doing anything w/my case (for MONTHS) & this firm took on my case & they did things immediately & in a timely manner. They were responsive, attentive & explained every step of the process. My experience at this firm was a complete 360 from the previous attorney I had hired. This firm also had far more experience in what I needed help with. Although the original attorney claimed to know what he was doing I figured out rather quickly he didnt. He even argued with me when I decided to take my situation/case to this law firm. DeFrancisco & Falgiatano had to basically start from scratch due to my previous attorneys lack of organization & skill set.
