We went into the Albany office and, although it took two hours, Lilien was very helpful and did everything that she could to help resolve the situation. Dealing with Fidelity can be complicated, but so far I have had only positive interactions with this local office.

If you din’t know more than what I know about your business or your attitude is off base, I don’t stay.
