4 /5 Tim West: Has been good so far, I have used them for the last 10 or so years! my rep is great at taking care of issues if I have any, but I do not like the way they have changed the customers credit card receipt, it no longer shows the non cash adjustment, and when you have to do a customer return they do not refund the non cash adjustment fee back to the customer.
