1 /5 Rebecca Spencer: Customer service is poor. When I made a complaint, the answer is, "Oh well. Theres nothing we can do about it anyway." New location has no drive through, and its a long walk to get to the bank from parking lot. It is very unorganized inside with no signs 9r direction on where to go. Much smaller than previous location. After 30 yrs of banking with them, including a paid off house loan and many auto loans, it may be time to switch. If I wanted the inconveniences listed, then Ill just stick with my credit union. At least they are friendly and dont nickel and dime with all of the fees
