Jo Suss First bad experience I had.
I Had stopped to get cash in two certain amounts. Wanted two separate amounts. Because, 1- I Had to pay a bill in a specific amount . The Teller in Guilderland wasnt very friendly. We had a miscommunication and he did apologize. Then there was a period of silence while I waited for my other withdrawal amount. He then said oh I didnt understand you. I finally completed the transaction. Was going to the back entrance looking for a rest room. He exclaimed you cant go out that way across the whole branch. Said I was looking for the restroom, and said there wasnt one for the public to use.
I never have a problem going to other branches. They are especially courteous and very friendly service in Johnstown or Gloversville, NY.

I was young, I had ok Financials and pretty good credit but not the best. They treated me with respect and were very transparent. We were able to make a plan with the money I had, and I got the house. I still live in that house, and I wont soon forget how gracious community bank was throughout the buying process.
