1 /5 Yolanda Minichello: Michael Dwan refused to introduce himself, give me info on my case being asked for, wouldn’t give me specific court info regarding hearing. His signature response is pay me and stay away. When confronted. He walks away. I asked to be present for any agreements or discussion regarding my case. And said no. Then he refused to carry out his paid service and never attempted to settle. He prolonged my evictions costing me nearly 2 mths if not longer. He was tense, irritable, rude, and simple didn’t care about anything but adjoining for another date. I dealt with many different kinds of lawyers in the past. Never, have I ever, had one steal money from a client and Jeopardize a case at the clients expense over his inability to communicate. When I met another person who dealt with him, they told me they had the same issue. My advice is don’t go with the first 1 or 2 on Google. Most likely they pay to be on top because they are making money doing wasting our time and take clients money even when he doesn’t follow through with a clear open and close case.

1 /5 yolanda Minichello: I would like to add, not only did he fail at getting an eviction settled, but he also did not file with the court in a timely fashion, prolonging my ability for a court date. Then he failed at serving my tenant in jail when I provided him the information. The first court date was completely useless because my tenant wasn’t served!!! I had to wait another whole month just to get him served to attend. And even when my tenant appeared in court ready to acknowledge being out of the home and admit his daughter in there, Michael Dwan still failed at getting things settled when I had it all in my favor, except Micheal Dwan persistence of doing nothing.
