1 /5 Marcia Darrah: My husband initially went there for a consultation after the death of his mother because he had some questions of concern about her estate. He was totally bamboozled into hiring them to take care of her estate after her death. Needless to say, there was nothing complicated about her estate what so ever and it actually turned out to be a pain in the neck of them taking care of everything. My husband and I could do it ourselves. Nobody needs an attorney for someone with an estate like hers. We didnt realize that until after they were hired. I really feel like they took advantage of him in his grief. Everyone that I have talked with does not hire an attorney for an uncomplicated estate. So, do your homework people before you see an attorney. There is plenty of info on the internet, books to read and ask your friends. They will all tell you that dont need an attorney! Especially when you are fully capable of doing it yourself!

1 /5 Tristan Laurore: Called and asked if the attorney is familiar with a specific type of real estate transaction. Receptionists tells me yes. And I schedule and appointment with the attorney Being under the assumption that he knew what I was looking to do. Come to find out he has no idea what I’m looking to do, never heard it before and proceeds to tell me that I should not do the transaction that way for 45 minutes. Once 45 minutes was up he finally stopped talking and say alright I’ll charge you $250 for consultation. Scummy move to keep me there for 45mins just to collect 250.

1 /5 Nate Petrella: This man is not even worth the time. Pomeroy is the worst lawyer in this town, maybe even the country. He is disrespectful and does not even listen to what you have to say. He made fun of my family member and has a terrible attitude. I would most definitely not recommend Pomeroy as some one you should trust to defend you in law.

1 /5 Daniel Chapman: Dealt with this attorney only one time. he contacted me in regards to a subject that i did not handle, asking me to take action in that I could not. When he was told no he became aggressive and vulgar, he began to swear at me on the phone until i had to hang up on him. Not professional in the least.
