Rich Lang Great staff, decent mid level regional bank. Honestly it would be better if their Tech was more like the bigger banks. My current balance vs available balance rarely match. It’s a slow system… pending transactions are also finicky… otherwise they hold my money and if there ever is a problem its resolved fast and satisfactorily.

Don’t bother with county living, it’s just a big run around, waste of time, no information or guidance from them. FCE has nice receptionists but if you want a loan be prepared to wait a long time. They’re all “on the phone “ and will “call you back “. I have yet to get a call back. Who do these people do business with? Like how do you become a customer of them???
