The great reviews were a big part in why I chose them, so I figured Id add my experience as well. I filled out the message request on their website and within a day I received a call back. I had no clue what was entailed with this process but the office staff I spoke with made me feel at ease and set up a follow up call with Susan. I had a ton of questions but when we spoke on the phone Susan answered every question I had with the confidence that she knew what she was talking about about. After that first consultation with her, her team took over and would reach out every few days to see if I had any questions. They were super professional and knowledgeable as well. In no time at all they sent me the rough draft of my agreement. They answered every question I had, again, and went over everything with me. We made a few changes and that was it.
