Mr. Bates has been extremely helpful in all phases of transactions, from initial negotiation to closing. He is truly knowlegable and extremely experienced in real estate and land use, and would work extremely diligently when complex and unexpected issues arose. He provides personalized service and was always accesable. He is a true legal professional, and an honest and approachable gentleman. His fees are certainly fair, especially considering his excellent work. If youre just looking for a cheap closing, try the other advertised firms where a paralegal or inexperienced attorney will boilerplate the work, and beware if a problem arises. Mr Bates manages a traditional law office with years of experience in the area, and I look forward to his expert service when my next transaction arises.
