5 /5 Zig Zsiga: JoAnn literally saved the day! I had a pretty bad lawyer and law firm when I first started out going through my divorce and custody battle. It was horrible. I ended up paying a ton of money to this law firm over 9 months and getting no where. In addition, I lost pretty much every conceivable legal fight we had up to this point. I didn’t know what I didn’t know to say the least. I also had never needed legal assistance before, let’s just say it was a learning curve. I decided to change lawyers back in February 2025 and I found JoAnn. I remember it very clearly because it was a Friday night when I called her office to schedule an appointment. I was shocked when JoAnn answered her phone, not a secretary, not a paralegal, not a machine, she answered the call and talked to me for about 30 minutes. Then she offered me an appointment the next day on a Saturday. I was sold, because my previous law firm would take weeks to respond and to return calls. This was a night and day difference. Over the last 5 months, JoAnn has provided outstanding legal services. She doesn’t sugar coat things, she wont blow smoke, or lie to you that you are going to get everything you are demanding. She is going to tell you how it is, in the moment. She will be honest with you and she will explain all of the options in front of you each time they are there. This is the sign of a great lawyer in my eyes, someone that truly cares about what you are doing and why you are doing it. One of the characteristics I loved about JoAnn was that she knows all of the players. She knows all of the judges, lawyers, and law firms, and has great relationships with all of them. This allows her to explain whats going to happen based on who is involved in your case, prior to anything actually happening. It took me a bit to trust this because of my first law firm issues, but once I did, I was all in. JoAnn wasn’t only on time to every meeting, court appearance, and mediation session, she was early. She was always ready to go with all of the facts and information needed to properly fight my case. She would respond to my messages and phones calls promptly, usually within the hour. Finally, she is a very professional lawyer which I will use her again anytime I need something, in a heart beat. If you are looking for a divorce and/or custody lawyer, dont waste your time or money with anyone else, JoAnn did it all for me and then some. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!
