1 /5 Misty Motlagh: This is a pathetic excuse of a bank! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I would give them negative 5 stars if I could! I went in as an account holder with $3,500 cash to exchange for larger bills so they arent so bulky. They would not exchange it. Then gave a BS excuse that the Patriot Act prevents them from doing so. Thats a lie! It was under $10k. Horrible service!!! I would NEVER put my money in here!!!

1 /5 Dragon Shirley: Left me stranded in the middle of nowhere for 2 days on a weekend, after locking my card and the no one to fix it. Fraud department no response at all. And I was unable to get to a bank ended up calling police to get me ran outa gas and could not buy more. Worst bank ever period. All because one number was off in my phone number I got to spend 2 days and nights in a car in summer in the middle of nowhere. If you want a bank that cares if your stuck go with any other..

I had an incident today that required immediate attention, and immediate attention I received. The team was at the top of their game with COVID regulations from the moment I walked in. Paul sanitized the office prior to my entrance, surprisingly remembered my name, and instantly went to work to rectify the situation. If I could give this team 10 stars I would! Thank you to all.
