1 /5 Natasha Wedd: This is the worst bank. Nothing works and I’m constantly on hold trying to figure out why. My Apple Pay has never worked, my Zelle stopped working, they keep blocking transfers for no reason. And it takes like 30 mins to get on the line with someone. Finally leaving the bank.
5 /5 Deborah Dole: Best bank ever. I never have to look any farther when it comes to my banking, questions, or other financial needs. Every one of my needs is handled seamlessly. Plus, we all get that home town feel from every employee which makes it all the nicer to bank here.
5 /5 MacKenzie Campbell: Never leave reviews but they’re so nice at this branch and so personable. Absolutely love their managers and team. I needed a car loan, needed is pretty urgently and Angie tried her best to make it speedy. I had an account with this bank since I was 13 and I’m NEVER had an issue. Thank you so much Community bank for you years of outstanding service. This is the first review I’ve ever given because Community bank deserves absolutely deserves a five star review.

1 /5 Alex Ullrich: Got hit with over draft fees, when I had my Kinderhook bank account set up I had it for NO OVERDRAFT. switched and suddenly the account I keep just enough cash in for Spotify Netflix, and small stuff like that gets overdrafted and I owe them 70 bucks? Closing my account.
Erik Z I had an appointment to get my NYC id. Everything went smoothly. Though I had to wait more than 20 minutes after the application was submitted before getting my picture taken.
The entire process took around half an hour most of it involved waiting.
The staff there are alright. I didnt have any problems with any of them.
Robin Beach Rebecca was so friendly and helpful while she was helping me. She explained everything and answered all of my questions! Such a breath of fresh air and she really made my day!
