5 /5 Matt Anderson: I had a client with lingering tax debt. My agent was respectful and very helpful with getting the balance due and informing me on how we pay the IRS directly on balances due like this. Did not wait on hold very long; I greatly appreciated the help they provided.

5 /5 Nathaniel Solis: Had a dispute with the IRS on an apparent debt from two years ago. I was very concerned when I saw the rating of the debt collection agency that I was going to be dealing with. But to my surprise, my agent was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with how to dispute the claim (what form and where to mail, what to do when no response was supplied) and never hounded me like I would have expected. Ultimately with her assistance I was able to successfully dispute the IRS from a three digit penalty down to a single digit. Never thought Id give a debt collector a 5 star rating.

1 /5 Giovanni Marchesi: These reviews for this collection agency are as correct as they come. The best they could do for me is $450 a month. Not sure what theyre smoking to come up with these numbers. If I had an extra $450 a month of extra disposable income I wouldnt be in the situation Im in. The only conceivable way to make that work would be for me to cancel anything extra ciriucular I do outside of work, and even then Id still struggle to pay for food for the week. Im better off letting my wages get garnished. The employees should feel bad that this is the line of work they choose to do. An absolutely repulsive, and shady company.

1 /5 Edgar Lopezlena: Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Cannot talk to the person that was handling my ALLEGED tax dues (I pay my taxes timely and in full all the time). We dealt with this a year ago, and I thought the issue was resolved. 12 months later, they send me letters ON THE SAME ISSUE, asking the SAME QUESTIONS I answered 12 months ago. I sent them a 111 package with all my transcripts and tax payments. They either lost it or did not bother to read it when I sent it to them. Sheer incompetence and waste of time for all parties involved and taxpayers money. I urge the IRS to change contractors for collection procedures immediately. They do not deserve the one star I gave them, but I had to gave them one so that I could post my review.

1 /5 Brandon Bowers: These are the most incompetent debt collectors I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to pay my debt for months and they somehow can’t figure out how to charge a bank account on their end. To do anything you have to spend 45 minutes on the phone because their online payment window is 20 years behind and has never worked once in the last 6 months. I’m not going to do a 45 minute phone call every month. Fix your god forsaken online payment system. Better yet delete your entire website and hire someone with a brain to make it somewhat modern. These people are hands down the most incompetent group of debt collectors on the planet.
