1 /5 Buster Swanson: I am currently awaiting a jury trial for a crime I already showed proof of alibi for in November of 2019. I am being wrongfully accused, with no probable cause, no police contact and not a single victim or witness. Just some hear say. They had my alledged public defender threatin and swear at me to take a deal in January this year. I was put on Chautauqua County Top 10 most wanted without even knowing. How am I to believe I can have any trial, jury or non jury, be fair. I was guilty before I knew I was charged. I am on probation. They did not know. What the hell???

1 /5 Darla Mellring: My daughter was attacked and punched in the head on September 5th 2023. The sheriff deputy told my daughter an order of protection would be entered against her attacker. We had been told she would be notified of the court hearing. Today when my daughter called the court she was told a hearing took place and charges were dropped due to my daughter not attending. She had not been notified about the hearing. This is an injustice to my daughter. Does no one check that all parties are notified

1 /5 Robin Sims: According to testament by those in county building it is appropriate to leave unconstitutional signs in we the peoples building. No surprise, if it means $ for the gov. screw the constitution. What signs are these disgusting gov. officials going to hang next "No ______ allowed". When officials make decisions based on greed they hurt every taxpayer they are paid to serve.

1 /5 Christine Hawkins: This district attorneys office is a disgrace to our community,They could careless about facts or evidence.They along with the police department of Jamestown, distort crucial information.I literally witnessed them searching for 2 hours through backyards and areas that had Nothing to do with the case they were working on.Then two hours after having the accused in custody they “claim”they found drugs that were theirs and the DA office picked up the charges.Ive have never seen such a ridiculous display of police work.Nothing they did in this case was legal.Our local PD makes factious claims just to get a conviction.I have personally witnessed them enerting a home they DID NOT have a search warrant for,they had a warrant for the person in the house but not a search warrant and they forged one to give to the home owner to cover their own ass.Breaking their own laws,And why not when you have EVERONE ELSE IN THE SYSTEM COVERING IT UP FOR THEM. I’m not lying about one statement in this comment and can prove every claim I’ve made. I’m ashamed to know that these are the people patrolling our streets.However I live in the firm belief that GOD will lower his Wrath upon these fraudulent Service worker...erase it as many times as you want I’ll just keep reposting THE TRUTH ABOUT YOU!!!
