Jennifer from Marc Miller & associates had the patience of a saint, and was equally stern when need be. For both my friend and myself during probate, as well as, the sale of the house. Which was wrapped up with reverse mortgage company. When I was worked up Jennifer was calm, focused, and all business. This firm was out in front for me from the very beginning. John Swan There are a lot of attorneys out there that tell you their gonna get you this and that and it never happens. Pamela is straight and honest and one of the hardest working lawyers I have ever worked with. What started the relationship as my divorce attorney and even though i didnt want to hear everything that she said, she was nothing but honest and did not leave me with false expectations. Years after my divorce i had issues with getting my x wife removed from my home, and one phone call and a lot of work from her and a few months later all my legal issues where resolved. Not sure about the not calling back part, she maybe busy at court sometimes, but ALWAYS returns both my calls and or emails. I have NEVER had a problem in a reasonable time frame. She is one of the few attorneys that actually CARES, she not just looking for money like others, she actually has a vested interest in your problem. Till this day I consider her more than my attorney, i consider her my friend.

Buster Swanson I am currently awaiting a jury trial for a crime I already showed proof of alibi for in November of 2019. I am being wrongfully accused, with no probable cause, no police contact and not a single victim or witness. Just some hear say. They had my alledged public defender threatin and swear at me to take a deal in January this year. I was put on Chautauqua County Top 10 most wanted without even knowing. How am I to believe I can have any trial, jury or non jury, be fair. I was guilty before I knew I was charged. I am on probation. They did not know. What the hell???
