1 /5 Jody D: I dont know if she is astoundingly inept or if she just doesnt care.. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Anyone else would be better. She represented us in the purchase of our home. Never once did she respond to an email or phone message. In some cases it took weeks and many follow ups to get important questions answered. She missed phone appointments. She negotiated a contract and when the other party defaulted she just dropped us, leaving us hanging and losing us a lot of money. She had info that we desperately needed to handle it ourselves and she completely ignored desperate pleas for that information. I have never experienced this level of lack of professionalism.
