1 /5 Michael kirschbaum: Called Syracuse office first, spoke with receptionist what transferred me to a voicemail system. Left a detailed message and nobody ever returned the call. Later tried emailing the Watertown office. Again, a fairly detailed introduction and zero response. I can understand that maybe their services were not compatible with my needs, but very unprofessional to not respond at all.
