1 /5 Jessica Duffy: App doesnt ever work, no matter uninstall, reinstall, update. Website is down more than half the time when I need to access my account information. No automated way to handle my account. Nobody answers the phone outside of business hours. Their debit cards dont work, and then they charge YOU $10 to replace them, and make you wait for 45+ minutes. Try SoFi banking instead.

3 /5 Shaw Manager: A bank is useless if they don’t interact with their customers. I’ve been extremely disappointed with CFCU’s communication abilities, both online and over the phone. I think it is reasonable to expect that if you call a place seven times over two days during business hours, someone will answer the phone. This in conjunction with my other customer service experiences have me considering leaving
