1 /5 Mustafa Turan: So I went there for simplest thing like updating my phone number I wait on the line and guy in front told me comeback 4 hours later. Thats crazy for a simple things come back. And the guy in window wasnt helpful at all.

1 /5 Starr Wertman: The ATM never works properly. It is frequently out of money. There is only one ATM for the whole big building for busy downtown troy. I frequent this location often as it is the closest to my house and the fees are outrageous if I use other Banks. Today as I was walking up I greeted the security guard whos normally outside the building which was closed at 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, the man in front of me asked me if I was there to use the ATM which I replied yes. He said hes there to service the ATM and it will take about 20 minutes to an hour I asked if I could possibly use the ATM prior to him servicing the ATM to which he replied no he said he came from Brooklyn to service the machine and that he cant wait. Great service. I pay to use the services and I cant use them thats ridiculous the man didnt even start his job yet. If someone would like to look into this this is 4th Street financial banking service in Troy New York zip code 12182 Wednesday September 22nd at 4:00 p.m.

5 /5 MzGlam Lawrence: This location is awesome from the tellers to the bank manager everyone is so nice and helpful. Everyone is so helpful from Andres, Alex and the bank manager Will. The environment is so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you guys so much for all that you do. My son enjoyed the visiting also with me (14 yrs old).

5 /5 Aditya Mavinkurve: Always love coming to this branch. Staff is warm and courteous. Had the pleasure of meeting Alex today who helped us with our lockers and patiently answered all our questions. Also the there was no wait time and we were served immediately.
