Cole Ellison I have not had to deal with the place of business personally; however one of my close friends does associate with this place of business and they are having a less than satisfactory time. Code enforcement condemned their apartment; The company has been notified of these issues prior to the condemnation of the apartment. They have not provided temporary housing or housing assistance. They have not communicated their concerns well enough either. The way they are handling this situation, has been best described as unprofessional.

Shea Lynch I used their services when I was employed at an Albany based company. Initially I liked using their services and relied on their expertise. However after a couple no show meetings, being ghosted when I reached out to them to reschedule, I cannot recommend them as a professional service UPDATE: I updated this review to 4 stars after Jose reached out personally to apologize. While we are still not going to use their service, I do appreciate the commitment to better communication.

Jay Davis Have became very rude.. every time my wife goes into the branch lately they have been very rude. I also call to ask about something and the lady was very rude about it

Billy Altman Agent Miguel Castillo could not have been more helpful than he was recently when we needed help in regard to damage done to one of our cars by another driver who was at fault. He helped us navigate the steps involved, and answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently. He also assisted us with an unrelated billing issue and again was extremely courteous and efficient throughout the process.

JoJo Newton If I could give 10 stars believe me -I would!!! This is a wonderful & fantastic insurance company that I’ve dealt with for our health insurance in which my son’s business deals with…. MaryBeth goes above & beyond to help me with any of my questions and/ or concerns!!! She’s is very pleasant & extremely easy to talk to! Also the front desk is phenomenal as well! C Review You need to have customers that are having issues go inside, not hold up the drive thru for 20+ minutes now in 85 degree weather and shes still dealing with him. I just need to make a cash deposit.
