An only went to court twice.!?!?!. In less you got a surplus of cash laying around to give away. Find another attorney. Shes just a money grabber.. Gross lady.!!!!. 1 /5 Paulprouddad/grandad: Do not, do not, use her for divorce! Expert at billing, terrible and inept at representing your best interest. Kept me returning to court and racking up billing hours because she was using a app on her phone to calculate support and alimony amount leading me into false information. She was wrong and ex wife attorney was right but I believed her when she said the ex was wrong. Cost me THOUSANDS for incompetent counsel but you believe in her when you are a emotionally and psychologically stressed and she preys on that causing return expensive visits to court because of her mistakes. Stay away!!!!

1 /5 Michele Delgado: WARNING ...AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE 2020 -WE Ran from Ann Hess on September 21, 2017 With all due respect, she does not even deserve a 1 star review. Ann is totally incompetent, or just plain disrespectful, dishonest, disorganized and only cares about how much cash she take from you. We, my daughter and I went to her for my daughters divorce, and we did not stay with her very long! Not even long enough for Ann to even ask for a retainer, we run and found a new lawyer. Ann received my daughters divorce information, but refused to release them to our new attorney until I paid her in full $2,400 cash.... My daughter did not have the money. We were desperate that time and she did take advantage of us. I paid her cash on September 21, 2017, counted it as our lost and ran.... On September 22, 2017 she released the papers to our new lawyer. Fast forward to this painful Twilight Zone we are all living in today. Just received a letter from a attorney of Ann Hess, stating we owe her a additional $800. dollars, and she claims that she has been sending us monthly bills for 3 years ! That is a lie, this is a ongoing nightmare experience, with Ann Hess. It is time for us to add to the endless list of horrific reviews, from the previous clients of Ann Hess. Also, She has many of her clients running around picking up and delivering their legal documents for her, telling you it will save you money, then she denies doing so and charges you! 1 /5 Roger Smith: She’s the worst lawyer ever to practice. Her technique is to just to bleed the apposing party dry of finances. While bleeding your finances as well. She performed so poorly I almost lost my case. She kept pushing court dates and illegitimate charges I lost so much ground I fired her and retained another lawyer. He told me he could have had my whole family divorced for that amount. My new lawyer had the job done in 2 months and $1500. with me on the winning side.
